Astral Guardian: The Quest of Lyria collects and processes certain user data in order to provide core functionality of the application.

Personal Data
When using Meta Horizon platform features, the application processes the following personal data:

  • Meta User ID
  • Basic Meta user profile information (as provided by the Meta Horizon platform)


This data is used solely for:

  • Account identification
  • Leaderboards and competitive features
  • Game functionality that requires user identification

User-related gameplay data associated with the Meta User ID is stored and managed using PlayFab as a backend service provider.

Non-Personal Data
The application also collects non-personal, technical information for analytical and performance purposes, including:

  • Device name and version
  • Operating system type and version
  • Language preferences
  • Access times and dates
  • General app usage statistics

This data is used exclusively to improve app performance and user experience.


2. Data Retention and Security
Personal and non-personal data is retained only for as long as necessary to support the functionality of the application.

  • Gameplay and leaderboard data associated with a Meta User ID is retained while the user actively uses the application.
  • Inactive user data may be deleted after a maximum of 24 months of inactivity.

All data is stored securely using industry-standard security measures. We take reasonable steps to protect data against unauthorized access, disclosure, or modification.
3. User Rights and Data Deletion
Users have the right to:

  • Request deletion of personal data associated with their Meta User ID
  • Request deletion of non-personal analytical data
  • Request clarification on what data is stored and how it is used

Upon request, we will delete or anonymize user data stored in our systems, including data stored via PlayFab, unless retention is required for legitimate operational or legal reasons.

  • Meta Horizon Platform – authentication and platform features
  • PlayFab – backend services for user accounts and leaderboards

These services process data in accordance with their respective privacy policies. We do not sell or share user data for advertising or marketing purposes.
